Sr. DevOps Cloud Engineer Our client is one of leading application security provider. They are currently trying to fulfill an urgent role for a DevOps Engineer. This position is a Direct Hire Fulltime role and the hiring team is located in San Jose, California. Position logistics: Direct Hire Fulltime Opportunity Position location: San Jose, CA OR can be Remote JOB DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBILITIES: Building a resilient, secure, and efficient cloud-based platform Building tools for enhanced developer workflows and improved productivity Providing guidance and tooling to develop services onto Kubernetes based platform Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for micro-services and micro-frontends development Implementing monitoring solutions to collect metrics, logs and create dashboards to improve observability Participating in on-call rotations and respond to operational incidents Collaborating across teams to troubleshoot and solve infrastructure and platform problems QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. in Engineering or Computer Science and 2+ years relevant experience Expertise designing, implementing, deploying Docker and Kubernetes Operations experience in public cloud (one or more of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) Working knowledge of programming in Go, Python or equivalent, and shell scripting Experience implementing cloud-based CI/CD systems Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform is a plus About Maxonic: Since 2002 Maxonic has been at the forefront of connecting candidate strengths to client challenges.
