Description:7 AM to 3:30 PM ShiftJob mainly consists of:
- Managing customer accounts: handling call ins and requests in a professional manner
- Sending emails within the organization and to clients - must have good email etiquette
- Work with Michelle (Branch Manager) and the rest of the team where needed
- Responsible for communications between customers and internal team
- Preparing paperwork and manifests for driversWorst Day ever: A driver calls out so customer order cannot be picked up that day.
