Role: Business Development AnalystLocation: San Jose, CA Duration : Permanent Business Development Analyst Conduct research to collect data on market conditions and business needs for technical resources; analyze data to identify business opportunities; determine resource needs and costs; develop and present request for proposal to acquire new clients; create cost model to analyze risks/benefits; prepare reports to help management develop business strategy for company growth; provide suggestions on new service offerings and pricing; build customer relationship; understand customer requirements and create business opportunities; and follow up with customers to ensure objectives are met. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study and three years of experience in business development. Three years of work experience with business development, proposal writing, workforce planning, resource allocation, and compensation management.
