Accounts Payable

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable professional to join our team in San Jose, California. In this pivotal role, you will handle various tasks related to accounts payable within the property management industry. This position is entirely on-site and offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm.This role is 100% onsite, and experience with RealPage software is highly desired. Responsibilities: Handle the processing and coding of invoices in an efficient manner Oversee the execution of check runs Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable Maintain and update customer credit records meticulously Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts payable promptly Monitor and manage customer accounts, initiating appropriate action when necessary Utilize RealPage software for various accounts payable tasks Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and regulations related to accounts payable Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations Handle other duties related to accounts payable as assigned.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) Experience with Check Runs Knowledge of Coding Invoices Expertise in Invoice Processing Familiarity with RealPage software Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Basic understanding of accounting principles Attention to detail and accuracy in work Team player with the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
