Our client, a music streaming service is currently seeking a
Trust & Safety Specialist for a 6 month+ contract role. This position is 100% remote and can be based anywhere out of the US. Responsibilities- Review content to ensure compliance with prohibited content policies
- Triage high profile and/or time-sensitive internal escalations
- Support vendor operations
- Work with key cross-functional stakeholders to improve internal escalation processes, enforcement workflows, and tooling
- Gather feedback from operations teams for opportunities to clarify policies and/or enforcement guidance
- BA/BS degree required
- 2+ year experience in an operations role supporting content moderation and safety issues
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to navigate complex issues and passionate about helping Spotify users and creators
- Proven experience with content moderation and operations, including design and development of workflows, enforcement strategies, QA, and/or system processes
- Team player with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Fast-learner and thrives in a fast paced environment.
