Job Title: Project/Program Management - Program Manager IIIDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: San Francisco CAJob Description:Client is seeking to grow its Media Community Development team with a Business Process Manager to enable excellence at scale across our partner management function. The Media Community Development team sits within Media Partnerships and engages partners at scale to drive meaningful audience and monetization growth, optimized for efficiency and agility, while maintaining a high quality partner experience. The Business Process Manager will be responsible for designing and optimizing field processes that partner managers use across the partner journey. The impact of this work will improve partner sentiment, while also ensuring our agents have a comprehensive and well instrumented process to delight partners at every step of their journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the design, execution, and management of partner or customer oriented programs, a passion for enhancing experience through efficient operations and service excellence, and a keen eye for identifying and scaling processes and workflow opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:Develop, document, and implement end-to-end process to empower agents to consistently deliver effective, high-quality partner management to our partnersIdentify and research end to end current state processes, pain points, inefficiencies, and drive changes to address across process and technologySuggest new methods to improve the experience and productivity of agents and drive cutting edge standard operating procedures to achieve consistent and efficient servicesDevelop and maintain end user documentation related to business process or system changes; provide training as needed to support end users through business process or system changesEstablish reporting and governance processes to track compliance and performance of processes. Identifying and implementing improvements as requiredWork extensively with cross-functional partners to identify and implement optimal solutions in the areas identifiedQualifications:4+ years relevant experience. Preferably in Sales Operations, Sales, Customer Success, EnablementExpertise analyzing and designing business processes and recommending improvementsOutstanding prioritization, organization, and communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teamsExperience with reporting tools (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)Bachelor''s Degree (desired). Business Process certifications are a plus
