Summary BRIDGE Housing strengthens communities by developing, owning and managing high-quality, affordable homes for working families and seniors. We are looking for a highly organized Yardi Helpdesk Analyst to join our dedicated team! Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the Yardi HelpDesk, analyzing business software system issues, assisting with Asset Management and Property Management tasks relating to software and databases, and special projects assigned as needed. This role is hybrid: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work. Responsibilities

Yardi Support helpdesk: troubleshooting accounting, site staff, compliance, and asset management user issues

Set up/maintain Yardi Voyager and RentCafe including but not limited to user groups/permissions, menu sets, resident information/ledgers, and compliance setup

Update/maintain leases, addendums, reports, letters, and notices in Yardi Voyager and RentCafe

Assist with end of month closing activities for property management, asset management, and accounting

Assist with updating/maintaining Master Data warehouse tables relating to property, commercial, and asset management

Generate quarterly analytics for Yardi Support helpdesk

Assist with developing Yardi training for staff based on support analytics

Help create reports and templates for asset management and property management in Yardi and Master Data warehouse

Coordinate with property management to track tenant receivable balances

Assist with other related projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience or high-level knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S, RentCafe required

Detail-oriented individual with proven organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to work with time sensitive material and meet multiple deadlines

Moderate level working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint

Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with supervisor and fellow staff

Strong computer and math skills

Knowledge of Office365 products and utilities

Preferred

Knowledge of LIHTC and other affordable housing programs

Knowledge of accounting and/or property management

Knowledge of FreshDesk or equivalent software

At least one year in an office setting

Bachelor’s degree
