Description Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and reliable Workplace Coordinator to oversee and manage smooth functioning of office operations in San Francisco and ensure that our workplace environment is well-organized and conducive to optimal employee productivity.Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and organizing office common areas.
Implement and oversee office policies and procedures.
Coordinate vendor management and oversee contracts with facility-related vendors.
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to and maintained.
Plan, coordinate and execute group events and activities
Work with HR to onboard new employees by facilitating office tours
