You will collaborate with another UX Designer and a team of data analysts, bringing a strong UX perspective to the table. Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills are essential to thrive in our fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
Produce multiple design solutions rapidly for experiments in a lean/agile fashion.
Optimize Ecommerce site experience through impactful design improvements.
Manage a fast-paced schedule and project workload.
Contribute to strategic vision for Ecommerce enhancements.
Present designs and findings to leadership regularly.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce with a deep understanding of Ecommerce KPIs.
Strong visual and interaction design skills (using Figma).
Proven record of impactful optimization improvements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work closely with a collaborative team of 3-4 analysts.
