The candidate should have a strong interest in investing, operations, and client service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Investment Capital Group and Endowment Capital Group to:

Execute daily investment operations – especially during market hours (6:30am PST – 1:00pm PST).

Process, manage, and reconcile all direct equities transactions including:

Complete submission of/retrieval of trade tickets, order submission via compliance-approved software, tracking individual trades/tax lots via Excel.

Maintain accurate records of all trading transactions.

− Maintain investor files and a log of all transactions.− Prepare investor communications and coordinate the distribution through our Administrator.− Assist with investor distributions.− Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual SEC submissions.− Respond to client requests on a day-to-day basis including delivery of investor documents, preparation of transaction history reports, investor document distribution changes, and user assistance with access to investor portal.

Respond to auditor requests.

Work with all SCP teams to:

− Prepare materials for client meetings, and on an ad hoc basis, including background material, investment and performance summaries, customized asset allocation models, and customized investor reports.− Document and implement meeting follow-up items (including changes to asset allocations, requested investment activity, etc.).− Coordinate the timely creation and distribution of various investor communications (including performance estimates and quarterly reports).− Maintain and update databases with current and complete investor information. Requirements Qualifications/Experience:

3+ years’ professional experience in financial services, banking, or alternative investments.

Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills

High level of professionalism and integrity

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Geneva

Good sense of humor, ability to adapt to change, no job too small attitude.
