Systems Business Analyst

Description We are seeking a Systems Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry based in San Francisco, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The responsibilities of this role entail supporting the implementation of business systems and software, as well as providing training and recommendations for improvements. Responsibilities: Support the implementation of SharePoint, collaborating with the COO and IT team. Assist in the CRM implementation process, working alongside the CEO and COO. Liaise with business teams to translate, document, and communicate requirements and feedback to developers during the implementation and testing stages. Conduct detailed systems analysis of core operating systems such as Egnyte, Outlook, Teams, Asana, LastPass, and Zoom. Document the use of core operating systems and propose enhancements to the COO. Assist in executing improvements to core operating systems based on the analysis. Provide training and upskilling to staff on the core operating systems after changes have been implemented. Requirements Proven experience in Business Systems and Business Analysis within the Financial Services industry Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Experience with AB Testing and its application in business processes Knowledge of Business Process Functions and their optimization Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents Proficiency in using Microsoft SharePoint for business applications Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
