Description We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Stock Administrator for our client in San Francisco. This fully remote role will be a crucial part of the finance department, requiring meticulous attention to detail, expertise in stock administration, and the ability to navigate the complex intersection of legal, HR, and finance.Responsibilities:Stock Administration:
Manage day-to-day stock administration processes, including equity grants, exercises, and settlements.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of stock transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the administration of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Coordination with Legal and HR:
Work closely with legal and HR teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate and communicate stock-related matters to legal and HR stakeholders.
Assist in the development and maintenance of stock administration policies and procedures.
SaaS Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry is a significant plus.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to stock administration in the SaaS sector.
RSU Management:
Oversee and manage the Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) process, ensuring accuracy in tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile RSU-related transactions.
ETrade and Workday Expertise:
Experience with ETrade and Workday platforms is highly desirable.
Utilize these platforms to streamline stock administration processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in stock administration, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of equity plans, stock administration processes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different functional teams.
Proficiency in using ETrade and Workday platforms is a plus.
