The company was founded in 2009 by Victoria Tsai to share a highly evolved approach to skincare based on classical Japanese ingredients and rituals that are clinically proven and naturally clean.Believing that beauty begins in the heart and the mind, Tatcha’s philanthropic model funds girls’ education in partnership with Room to Read with every purchase, helping to nurture the beautiful minds of incredible girls around the world.As Tatcha’s Sr. Recruiter and a key part of the People Function, you will be an integral part of our company’s growth, working with internal teams to create staffing solutions that align with Tatcha’s culture, values and growth. This position will own the full cycle recruiting process for full time, part time, and temporary positions at Tatcha. As part of that, you will develop a comprehensive knowledge of the organization, develop a deep understanding of departments and team structure (who we are and how we work). Each day at Tatcha is different with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:External Market Knowledge & Sourcing:

Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirements

Act as an expert in assigned regions, line of businesses and functions

Analyze industry, product and geographical trends in talent

Define and execute candidate search strategies

Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions

Develop, research and identify prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates

Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers

Partner with the diversity and inclusion team to execute Tatcha’s strategic initiatives and Affirmative Action Program.

Leading the Hiring Process:

Facilitate end to end scheduling of the recruiting and candidate screening and interview process

Negotiate the hire compensation package/offers

Manage tools, resources and technologies in identifying talent

Track achievement to recruiting KPIs and metrics (time-to-fill, etc.)

Contractors / Short-term hiring:

Agency Contracts:Own the relationship with Agency partners for temporary staff, and full-time contracted contingency recruiting

Freelancer Administration: Work with our payroll vendor and keep track of administrative actions on behalf of the Sales Team and the Freelancers

1099 Contract Administration:Partnership with the People, legal and IT teams to create, review and execute 1099 contracts

Tatcha Temp Staff: Create temp offer letters and monitor extension of assignments

Who You Are

Comfortable conveying advanced information and persuading several diverse stakeholders/audiences

Requirements

Bachelor’ s Degree

7+ years’ successful recruitment and sourcing experience

Beauty, retail, fashion, industry experience a plus

Must be able to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates

Effective technological skills to leverage our internal recruitment softwares (ATS) and external search softwares

Strong business acumen

Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) is a plus
