We seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business.As the product manager, you will own managing the development, use, and performance of data products essential for SR work across multiple platforms.You will work backwards from customer requirements and create data solutions which will cater to those requirements in the most efficient and scalable way.You will lead discovery to capture clear user stories that can be translated into technical requirements. You will be impactful by building consensus on the right approach, working alongside partner and program teams to ensure we deliver the right solutions.You will help quantify impact, recommend prioritization and ensure the on-time delivery of those software products. You will track the usage of the products and ensure the right feedback mechanisms are in place for continuous improvement of tools you own.You will function as a business partner for various operations/program teams and bring SR voice of customer into projects. Your role is highly visible, as you will be in engaging with Sustainability partners, leaders and other business units in Amazon.Key job responsibilities

Develop product requirements, define features to deliver end to end solution.

Unlock opportunities to streamline workflows and processes so that customers can transact as simply as possible.

Define specific product solutions to address gaps in operational decisions and reporting across the entire product footprint

Own integration solutions and set of APIs that allows internal and external customers to programmatically manage SR data and services.

Work with business leaders, scientists, and economists to translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables, including the design, development, testing, and deployment of highly scalable, distributed services

Work cross-functionally to develop and manage project timelines and lead execution of deliverables, providing escalation management and making business vs product tradeoffs.

Work on a variety of challenging problems that have to potential to significantly impact sustainability objectives within and outside of Amazon

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Good understanding of data technologies, such as databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.

Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities in the face of ambiguity.

Experience managing projects with a broad range of stakeholders that span cross-functional organizations.

Experience in using data and metrics to define business strategy and gain executive support for new visions.
