Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant based in San Francisco, California. This role plays a crucial part in our operations, providing key support for our Executive Director and Board of Directors, coordinating internal and external meetings, and managing administrative projects. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will also act as the primary Communications Coordinator for our organization, ensuring smooth and effective communication across all levels.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors through efficient scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations. Act as the primary Communications Coordinator, managing both internal and external communications, including the agency's newsletter, website, and social media sites. Coordinate and manage daily office activities, handling incoming calls, emails, and files with discretion and accuracy. Serve as a liaison for the community, delegating questions and issues to the appropriate staff members for resolution. Attend executive and committee meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes as needed. Maintain an accurate tracking system for board actions and board members, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Represent the organization in various workplace interactions, serving on various committees within the agency as required. Utilize CRM, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint to maintain customer records, process credit applications, and create impactful presentations.
