Senior Technical Recruiter (contract, on-site)

We have an AI start-up client who needs a Senior Technical Recruiter. The position is five days a week, on-site in San Francisco.  You will be responsible for:Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent in the AI and machine learning fieldsManaging the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidatesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their technical needs and translating them into effective job descriptions and recruitment plansLeveraging various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidatesConducting thorough technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
