Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) is responsible for supporting enterprise technology initiatives related to messaging and collaboration, risk technology, corporate systems data, and various internal systems and tools.Compliance, Legal, Audit & Regulatory Technology (CLAR) provides technology support and development for Legal & Data Controls, Compliance Risk & Audit, Financial Crimes, Front Office and Second Line Risk, Employee Compliance, Regulator Regulations, Market Surveillance, and Regulator Change Management.This position will be part of the Enterprise Compliance Technology team that will support Corporate & Investment Banking Independent Testing & Validation group with their testing and validation of systems by collecting data from various systems platforms.Position Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:Able to work in a fast paced environment, where priorities and tasks can and do change frequently.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Strong analytical skills with ability to accurately identify complex situations and determine impacted populations.

Knowledge and understanding of SQL and SAS.

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with multiple levels of operations team members, including senior level managers.

Proactively make recommendations for process improvements

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.

Detail oriented with effective oral and written communication skills.

Experience with mining, reviewing and validating data.

Possess in depth-knowledge of business systems and data structure.

Ability to influence and create an environment that fosters collaboration and credible challenge across multiple group

Required Qualifications:4+ years of Analytics, Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of SQL or SAS experience

3+ years of translating business requirement to technical specifications

Desired qualifications:Experience using SQL with a variety of database sources such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, SAS datasets

Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking

Source data from multiple sources

Provide clear documentation of code

Develop relationships with and collaborate with others to clarify and develop requirements, and have them provide data if necessary

Produce independent populations/samples for high priority or complex control activity reviews

Good attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

Ability to clearly express ideas and proposed solutions

Ability to partner as a team member resource

Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Wells Fargo data analysis experience

Knowledge and understanding of Tableau reports/dashboards, version management on GitHub

A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology

Job expectations:Ability to work additional hours as needed
