Provide comprehensive client service, driving client relationships across all aspects of the client’s relationship with the firm.
Facilitate client experiences, both virtually and in-office, maintaining the high standard.
Positioned as a Custodian Specialist, leading in opening new/additional accounts and processing service requests.
Oversee and manage special projects for strategic client development, fee reconciliation, prospecting efforts, and third-party software integration.
Assist in rebalancing client portfolios considering current market conditions, margin release, cash balances, and more.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong ethics and integrity in handling sensitive, private data.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication via email and phone.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
Self-driven and motivated, with an ability to identify potential issues and proactive about remediation.
Experience working with Salesforce and custodian platforms is preferred.
