Support VP of Finance in managing financial activities for management entities.
Process vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and timely payments.
Review expense submissions for policy compliance.
Manage expense systems and integrate data into accounting system.
Maintain accurate cash records and prepare reports for treasury management.
Reconcile banks and accounts, maintain ledger sections.
Requirements
Qualifications:
4+ years of asset management experience.
Tax or audit experience is acceptable, but not the primary preference.
Desired traits include professionalism, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach.
CPA preferred but not required.
