RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client, based in San Francisco, CA, is looking for a Scrum Master for a long term, contract opportunity. This project will start as a 6-month contract and extends in 3-month increments (based on performance!) through 2021 and likely beyond. This role can also be remote if you are willing to work in the PST time zone.
As scrum master, you guide, lead, and serve your teams so that together you deliver awesome software. You ensure your teams embrace Agile throughout the product life cycle, and coach them to deliver to their full potential. This Scrum Master role is focused on the ecommerce space, looking for someone with relevant project background for this role (retail/ecommerce or very least ecommerce/customer facing applications). Examples: product information page, checkout flow, search / product finding, registry, etc.REQUIREMENTS: Mature Project Manager background + demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, someone with experience, good judgement, balance, calmness Experience supporting ecommerce related technical projects Someone who will drive work ahead and build bridges - be proactive & organize Fearless problem-solving, technical background to engage successfully with Engineering teams High level of engagement with the team - keep the team aligned with the workload, know when/how to escalate Strong stakeholder management with partners & engineering teams, etc. Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
