Based: USA, 100% remote, regional travel required (VRP is a remote-first company)

Salary: $70,000 - $150,000 (depending on contract type and experience) + commissions

Join us and build out VRP to its full potential. Responsibilities:Create regional sales plans to achieve your quota in alignment with global Sales leadership and business objectivesProspect and build organic pipeline within your region through building partner relationships (with Salesforce AEs) and direct lead generationArrange and conduct meetings with potential customers to prospect for and qualify new businessDevelop, negotiate, and close new business opportunitiesCoordinate responses to RFPs and drive the creation of high quality proposals and SOWs supported by presales consultantsClose the sale and manage the sales order process from qualification through to approval and signatureRepresent VRP Consulting at trade exhibitions and eventsDevelop excellent client relationships and maintain focus on company valuesWork collaboratively with Executive Management, Sales Leadership, Presales & Consulting, Customer Success & Delivery Management to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth with existing customersForecast accurate monthly and quarterly revenueKeep track of regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
