Description We are in search of a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in San Francisco, California. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks related to property management, including posting notices, covering front desk duties, and interacting with formerly homeless adult clients. This is a contract employment opportunity with a key focus on administrative assistance and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities: Posting notices on doors in a timely and accurate manner Providing coverage for the front desk as needed, ensuring efficient operations Drafting letters using established templates for various property management needs Typing up handwritten reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy Filing documents and reports in an organized manner for easy retrieval Managing daily communications via Outlook email, maintaining professionalism at all times Interacting with formerly homeless adult clients, providing them with necessary information and assistance Consistently maintaining regular work hours for effective job performance Demonstrating a willingness to work with disenfranchised individuals, including those with low income, substance use issues, mental health conditions, and those formerly incarcerated.If you are interested in this role, please reach out to Nick Mussman at 415.276.0358.Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Property Administrator role or similar Demonstrated skills in Administrative Assistance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Previous experience in property management will be considered an asset High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location Willingness to continue learning and improving administrative skills.If you are interested in this role, please reach out to Nick Mussman at 415.276.0358.­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
