Establish and report top-line business metrics and performance indicator metrics related to the operations of the business crafting monthly and quarterly reporting materials.
Leverage insights to drive decision-making to accelerate growth, leading and supporting specific strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives, including gross-margin improvement, pricing strategy optimization, tools, and systems improvement, defining Operating Models, and onboarding program development.
Support the day-to-day business rhythm of Professional Services teams, including operational planning, business results reporting, budgeting, financial forecasting, and bi-weekly business reviews.
Lead organizational planning to increase visibility, alignment, and streamline decision-making while improving business processes across Professional Services and the larger Create division; Simultaneously, ensure the delivery of the highest priorities and achievement of operational goals and objectives.
Prepare executive-level business presentations summarizing key business insights; develop financial forecasts and budgets that can be optimally maintained. Work directly with HR, recruitment, and workforce planning to align people strategy and execution with business strategy and needs.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or related field, and six (6) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience in the position offered or a related position.
Requires six (6) years of experience in the following: Business operations, specifically profit and loss, financial modeling, and/or revenue forecasting; Use of Excel to manage large data using quantitative functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, SUMIFS, and index and match; Influencing and communicating with an executive audience and internal stakeholders; Operations, process mapping, and/or process re-engineering experience; Sourcing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data; and Using data to derive insights, make recommendations, and communicate findings.
Requires three (3) years of experience in the following: Project Management with the capability to autonomously ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
