Description Natalie Lue with Robert Half is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with an excellent understanding of union payroll, who can maintain and ensure accurate processing and recording of company payrolls.Responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and report union payroll accurately
Maintain compliance with Certified Payroll - Elations, LCP Tracker, DIR
Understand and apply prevailing wage regulations
Carry out monthly union reporting, managing workers’ comp, OCIP reporting, and conducting work comp audits

Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing union payroll
Extensive knowledge of Certified Payroll – Elations, LCP Tracker, DIR
Familiarity with prevailing wage, monthly union reporting, workers’ comp, OCIP reporting, and work comp audits
Experience working with SAGE 100 accounting system is preferable but similar systems' experience will be considered
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
