Coordinating and scheduling medical appointments and procedures.
Working closely with the medical team to ensure schedules are adhered to.
Checking patients in and out and managing patient records.
Handling incoming patient calls, inquiries, and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Performing data entry related to patients' details, appointments, and records.

Previous experience as a Medical Scheduler or in a similar role.
