Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Psychiatric Technician – Safe HavenEmployment Type : Full-time, ExemptSummaryReporting to the Program Manager, the LVN / LPT is responsible for the delivery, coordination, andsupervision of the clinical nursing services delivered to Safe Haven program participants.Safe Haven is a low-barrier, transitional housing program for veterans with histories of homelessness,substance misuse and mental health challenges. Residents are not required to participate in treatment,but treatment options are available onsite. Swords to Plowshares manages the Safe Haven project at aformer SRO hotel San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood.
