Integrated Producer (Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking for an Integrated Producer to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis starting in January 2025. Reporting to our VP, Client Management, you will create impact within our team and capability. We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry.As an Integrated Producer, you will manage and coordinate creative development efforts for the North America Devices direct response (DR) team. Leverage DR creative toolkits via the adopt/ adapt/ invent framework to develop ads based on a defined list created by PMMs.Responsibilities:Manage the briefing process, timelines, production workflows, and delivery for digital assets.Maintain regular communication with teams to provide status updates on schedule and budgetRespond to client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details.Lead multiple and concurrent projects to guarantee overall quality of work and ensure successful project deliveryIdentify best practices and independently develop new workflows Provide clear and accurate communication in regards to tasks and deliverables.Proactively identifies ways to provide added value to the overall workflow through savvy production solutions
