Oversee monthly fund NAV closes and review fund administrator NAV packages.
Perform daily reconciliations of cash, trades, and securities against bank/broker statements.
Identify and resolve discrepancies with counterparts.
Support private investment valuation processes and maintain documentation.
Manage fund audits and assist with tax return processes.
Handle treasury functions, including cash management and wire setups.
Provide backup support for trade operations as needed.
Assist with reports, and management company accounting, including QuickBooks financials.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.

4+ years of experience, ideally in a public/private mix, fund, or fund administration setting.
Expertise in the asset management industry, preferably hedge funds.
Strong knowledge of investment fund and GAAP accounting.
Advanced Excel
A passion for hedge funds, public/private markets, and investments.
