Collaborate with Senior Advisors to ensure that communication to the client are timely.
Manage client communications via email and phone.
Oversee client relationships by preparing meeting materials and offering essential support as needed.
Track task progress and follow up on pending action items.
Take proactive steps to address and resolve client issues and concerns.
Requirements
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in financial services
Must have 1 of the following: Series 65, CFA, CFP, or CPA
Experience with eMoney or similar application
Experience with Schwab is a huge plus
