Description OverviewOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Contracts Administrator to support program development, contract lifecycle management, and compliance. This role involves preparing and managing contracts, analyzing procurement activities, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.Responsibilities
Develop and implement program policies and guidelines.
Prepare RFPs, RFQs, contracts, and agreements following standardized procedures.
Manage contract lifecycles, including stakeholder consultation, negotiation, execution, and compliance monitoring.
Assist with audits, inspections, and quality assurance for programs.
Administer grants and contracts, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
Conduct outreach, prepare reports, and present findings to management or governing bodies.
Perform research and provide recommendations on procurement or program improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of professional analytical experience.
Preferred: Certified Procurement Professional (NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CPPB) with 4 years of procurement or contract management experience, particularly in the public sector.
Strong knowledge of public procurement policies, contract lifecycle management, and legal terminology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills.
