Description We are in the process of recruiting a Front Desk Coordinator for our high-end residential property located in San Francisco, California. This role is pivotal to our operations, requiring the selected candidate to manage concierge coverage, maintain professional decorum, and ensure efficient front desk duties. This is a short-term contract position that involves a blend of customer service and administrative tasks.Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Dress professionally adhering to the business dress code to maintain the high-end image of the property Handle all customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner Assist residents with various tasks as needed, ensuring their satisfaction with our services Coordinate with other staff members to ensure all resident needs are addressed promptly Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to provide a positive first impression Manage parking availability for residents and guests, ensuring optimum utilization Perform other front desk duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
