Description We are looking for a dedicated and driven Client Service Representative to join a rapidly expanding team with a prestigious bank here in San Francisco. The successful candidate will interact directly with our clients to deliver a consistent and exceptional level of service and to enrich their overall banking experience.Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

Facilitate account openings, loan applications, and various transactions.

Develop and enhance strategic relationships with clients by understanding their current and future banking requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively address client issues and concerns.

Monitor, identify, and report any fraudulent activities across client accounts.

Keep client records up-to-date by tracking and inputting data into our banking system.

Promote the bank's products and services and assist clients in making decisions that help improve their financial status.

Balance cash drawers and efficiently manage transactions.

Adhere to federal and state regulations, and internal compliance policies.

Support the bank’s initiatives by actively participating in new product launches and campaigns.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.

At least 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking industry.

Proficiency in banking systems and software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle difficult client situations and to make decisions in high-pressure moments.

An understanding of banking regulations and laws is preferable.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and close attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, uphold integrity, and adhere strictly to compliance procedures.
