Job Title: BaristaJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and friendly Barista to prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a chain coffee shop and be able to create custom espresso drinks. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a clean and sanitized workspace.Responsibilities
Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea.
Interact with both new and regular customers.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
Be punctual and observe regular and consistent attendance.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Essential Skills
Experience working at Starbucks or other chain coffee shops.
Ability to make specialty drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and custom espresso drinks.
At least 1+ year in the coffee service industry.
2+ years in the customer service industry.
Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts.
