Attorney/Lawyer

Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role involves a wide range of duties and responsibilities, covering aspects of litigation, client interaction, and transactional work. The chosen candidate will work remotely with occasional visits to our offices in San Francisco or East Bay as necessary.Responsibilities: Assisting with the firm’s family law, probate, and trust and estate practices Handling all aspects of litigation, including the preparation and completion of legal and client documents Attending hearings and managing client meetings Overseeing the filing and service of legal documents Conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions Ensuring case court dates, meetings, depositions, and other deadlines are appropriately calendared Assisting the firm in drafting and completing documentation for transactional work Interacting with clients as necessary for the firm’s transactional work Staying updated in the areas of law in which the firm practices, both from a substantive and strategic standpoint Assisting with various administrative and other functions as required. Requirements Must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Must be admitted to practice law in the state or have the ability to gain admission A minimum of 6 years of experience as an attorney or lawyer Strong understanding of litigation procedures including drafting motions, discovery, trial preparation, and court proceedings Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
