Description We are offering a position in the industry of THC in San Francisco, California. This role is for an Administrative Assistant who will be working onsite to provide support to our team. The role involves a variety of administrative duties and requires strong skills in Administrative Assistance, Data Entry, and Filing.Responsibilities: Manage and send emails promptly and professionally. Type up notes to clients and handle wellness checks. Ensure clients sign necessary releases and documents. Maintain reliability and punctuality to ensure smooth office operations. Use software like Outlook proficiently to manage tasks and communications. Work in an office environment from Monday to Friday, adhering to the work hours of 8:30-4:30. Handle and organize data entry tasks effectively. Manage filing tasks to ensure all documents are properly stored and easy to locate. Perform other related tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and a keen eye for detail.
