Website Resource Wanted:
Perform minor site updates. And create upgrades requiring PHP coding.
Note: Must be based in San Diego County.
Position:
Primary duty is to perform occasional one off content updates such as text and images - no coding required. Secondarily, create one off upgrade coding projects requiring PHP coding.
Our temporary housing company is looking for the services of a local resource who can self-manage. Also, must be a self -starter who can work according to on demand need and work under their own guidance.
Additionally, in a timely manner carry out related side duties which may need to be performed per management requirements. Such as; design/creative meetings, create new site tools and collaborate with our team of social media and listing coordinators.
Experience Required:
- Experience and familiarity with PHP websites. Visit newportplace.com
- Tech - experience working with forms
- Experience with analytics and social media applications helpful

Commitment:
- Block #1 - 10 to 15 hrs content updates (image + text)
- Block #2 - up to 10 hrs for updates to our housing request form (text + add new queries)
- Block #3 - up to 40 hrs for new functionality tools
- We are looking for a 6 month minimum commitment. With an eye to a long term relationship upon successful completion of our initial tasks.
- Flextime. Work according to your own target schedule.
- Occasional meet ups with management, if/as needed
- Two week pay periods, 1099 independent contractor or company
