CASA BY CRAFT is a small business in San Diego, CA that does Home Staging for Real Estate listings. We are professional, fun, creative and value safety. Our goal is to help real estate agents and homeowners prepare homes for sale by transforming their listings with the power of staging .

The top priority for the mover / logistics team member is to show up for assigned shifts, ensure our inventory is loaded and packed safely into box trucks and placed into our clients' homes with care. Moving experience, driving a box truck and warehouse experience are preferable.
The logistics team member works closely with the staging assistants. No room for bad attitudes or negativity in our operation. We always work as a team, with lots of laughs!
OUR CULTURE.
The work is fun and energetic, yet physically demanding. There are always things to be moved, and the ideal candidate LOVES to move and lift and maybe do a Tik Tok dance here and there (kidding, kinda). While things are always in motion, we aren't big on stress. We expect this team member to work smart and be efficient as we strive to get the job done right the first time. The hours are consistent as we work during normal business hours, but we provide timely communication for any schedule variations and expect open communication in return. By working in a small company you gain experiences and make decisions that larger moving companies do not offer. We want a problem solver and welcome big ideas on the team.
Shifts are generally 5-6 hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, occasionally Friday
