Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule freight deliveries
Assign and monitor trucks and drivers
Provide customer service and resolve issues
Plan and coordinate transportation routes
Assign and monitor arrival and departure times
Resolve dispatch, customer service, and logistics issues
Answer customer calls and emails
Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
Make reports and analyze data
Collaborate with other departments
Comply with company regulations and policies
Participate in meetings and training
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service and/or dispatch experience in the transportation industry
Knowledge of transportation regulations
Inventory and logistics management
Skills:
