Your expertise in drywall finishing and problem-solving will drive our projects to success. If you're ready to tackle any drywall challenge and inspire a team, this role is perfect for you.What We're Looking For:Experience: At least 6 years of specialized drywall finishing experience, with proficiency in all texture levels.Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with ease.Leadership: Strong track record of supervising and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results.Problem-Solving: Creative and efficient at resolving drywall-related issues.Local Travel: Willingness to travel throughout San Diego County.
