Must have clean drivers license, transportation and basic tools.
Jobs include repair of exterior fascia boards, eaves, decks, siding and doors.
Must be able to work un supervised and able to make material lists.
Need to be physically capable and not afraid to get hands dirty.
Pay based on experience
