Swimming pool service company, looking to hire the right person to join our team. We are looking for organized, motivated, positive, hardworking individuals to join our service team.
We provide maintenance and repairs on all types of swimming pools, spas and water features in San Diego. There is no experience required as we will train the right person for the job.
Job requirements
- Valid DL with clean driving record. (Moving violations and other minor violations can be acceptable, no SR 22). Driving record will be verified to check if insurable before employment is established
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have a positive personality and work well with others. Although this is a job with a lot of independence, we regularly work together, and you will be expected to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Clean cut appearance and overall good hygiene
- Strong organization skills.
- Basic phone and technical abilities. We will train on our internal systems used, but you must be able to efficiently operate smart phones.
- Availability from 6 AM or earlier Monday through Friday. This position requires early morning service work.
- Discipline and work ethic. The swimming pool industry offers a unique opportunity to work independently. You must possess the discipline and work ethic to build schedules and regimens and stick to them.
