Permanent Full Time Swimming Pool Repair Technician

Pay
- $25 - $30 Per Hour (Monday - Friday Between 8am - 5pm, 1 Saturday Per Month)

As a Swimming Pool Repair Technician you will:
- Drive to you work location in San Diego County each day in you company vehicle
- Complete the list of repairs provided to you on the work order (all work is outside) by our state of the art software (each day will be different tasks)
- Communicate with home owners and the office staff to deliver a high quality experiene experience for our customers
- Common swimming pool repair tasks involve epoxy repairs, minor fiberglass repairs, repairing cracks, setting and grouting pool tile, removing and/or setting pool coping or flagstone and minor paver removal and re setting.
- Clean up your work site after completing the repairs
Swimming Pool Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year in the swimming pool industry (preferably in repair, plaster or tile setting or a combination of those)
- Skill to use common hand tools, angle grinder, chipping hammer, demo hammer, concrete and plaster hand trowels.
- Skill to mix small batches of common concrete, plaster and color dye
- Ability to work outside year round and lift a minimum of 60 lbs safely
- A valid California Drivers License with a clean driving record
- A list of 3 references
- The ability to legally work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check, a physical and a drug test (we are a drug free work environment)
- Ability to work independently and complete your work with quality and integrity
