What You’ll Do
Prep & Polish: Grind, prep, clean, and paint parts with precision.
Operate Key Equipment: Utilize machinery such as shears, iron workers, press brakes, saws, lathes, mills, plasma torches, and various hand tools.
Maintenance & Inspection: Inspect machinery for functionality issues, perform routine maintenance, clean, and lubricate components.
Keep It Tidy: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in top condition.
Adhere to Standards: Work safely, meet quality benchmarks, and follow all company policies.
Independent & Flexible: Thrive in an environment where you'll work independently for most of the day, with additional tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Tool Proficiency: Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in following established procedures and instructions.
Safety First: A strong commitment to health and safety guidelines.
Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
Physical Endurance: Capable of standing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Education: High school diploma preferred; vocational certification or apprenticeship is a definite plus.
Experience: Entry-level position, though some mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are a must!

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver's License
