Successful Contracting firm in business 40+ years seeks experienced journeyman roofer who is interested in estimating, information gathering, and sales.
Applicant must be an experienced roofer knowledgeable in shingle, tile, and APP and single-ply membrane roofing. Framing and stucco knowledge a plus. Estimating position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with clients, field employees, and office administration. A clean driving record and valid current driver’s license are required.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Extensive knowledge of the roofing trade.
Clean, professional appearance and comfortable demeanor suitable for client interaction.
Clear, focused, and concise communication skills.
Excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Team-focused attitude.
Valid CA Driver’s License.
Safe driving record (5+ years).
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
