Residential GC hiring leads and helpers for multiple projects. Leads need to be more than just a framer and trim carpenter. You will need to have full knowledge and experience of a remodel.
Need to have experience in:
-Demolition
-Footings - Foundations
-Framing - Dry rot, walls, subfloors, roofs
-Siding/Windows - Vinyl windows, T1-11, Hardi Plank,
-Drywall - Small patches, repairs, and light texture
-Flooring - Laminate, Vinyl Plank, Hardwood
-Electrical - Outlets, switches, light fixtures, how to wire a 3-way, pull a home run, code items
-Plumbing - Installing toilet, sinks, faucets, shower valves, tubs, install copper, drain lines
-Cabinets - Install kitchen/vanities, repairs
-Tile Installation
-Finish Carpentry - Trim, baseboard, doors, casing
- Decks- Understand rise and run, railing codes, guardrail heights, stair codes
Requirements:
Fully tooled
Valid drivers license
Reliable Transportation to multiple projects daily if needed
Valid SSN or Work Permit
Must be able to pass a background check
Able to work with colleagues, vendors, clients, and others in a professional manner
