Responsibilities:
Create turnover opportunities for the sales department
Identify the appropriate way to satisfy our customer's needs
Cross promote all products sold by the business
Inspect systems to identify preventative maintenance, repair and replacement opportunities
Ensure all appropriate tests are performed and documented during maintenance
Ability to manage time and remain organized

Pay Scale: $25-$40 p/hr (base hourly, commission + piece rate)
Job Requirements:
1 or more years of HVAC Technician experience
Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
OSHA 10 Construction and Health (preferred)
Pass a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check.
Physical Demands:
Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, around fumes and toxic chemicals, outside and inside. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Requires local travel.
