Established construction company looking for a Prep and Detail Technicians. We have a low turn-over rate and are looking for a professional willing to work with a team.
The right candidate must be/have:
experience in - Painting, ability to basic drywall patch and texturing
experience in- Caulking around trim, baseboards, cabinets, casings, and other fixtures
experience in-Completing all items on punch or checklists provided by the builder
experience in- sweeping, trash removal
Tech Savvy - Internet based app will be used to clock in and out
