Must be able to lead a crew-
Delegate crew responsibility
Manage time and materials
Communicate with homeowners (English speaking only)
Must have reliable vehicle
Own Tools and Ladders
Experience with Brush, Roll, Spray, Drywall and Stucco Repair
Epoxy coatings
NO SMOKING on the job site
