We are seeking experienced and career-minded candidates, as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician within the greater San Diego Area (Chula Vista, East County & La Mesa) of our company.
Our maintenance techs are team players with awareness, common sense, initiative, good judgment, candor, conscientiousness, follow-through, and eagerness to work efficiently in a professional environment.
Requirements:
2+ years prior experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
Valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance is required
Special consideration for applicants with prior experience in multi-family property maintenance or like positions
