We own and manage an apartment portfolio of 3,000 apartments throughout San Diego County.

Requirements:
Demonstrated history of evaluating, developing and implementing maintenance programs.
Dependable and punctual in attendance with a good work ethic and interpersonal skills.
Talent for learning, retaining, and applying new knowledge
Above average communication skills: must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.
High-level maintenance and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and current auto liability
Special consideration for applicants with prior experience in multi-family property maintenance or like positions
